A – Design/Build refers to the project in which the design and construction services are delivered by the same company alleviating you the hassle of trying to find reputable professionals in the area. We have working relationships with local professionals and vendors so you can be reassured you are getting the highest quality services available. The streamlined communication provides an efficient, unified flow of work from concept through completion.
A – Absolutely! Many of our clients come to us with completed set of drawings and are ready to get started. You can also choose to customize one of our stock house plans. We can always do a final plan review of your plan to help with aesthetics and functionality.
A – Yes, we frequently work alongside Real Estate Professionals who can assist you in your lot search and purchase. Refer to the section "The Process"
A – A construction/per loan is needed for many lots. We have several lenders we work with and can assist you with the process. We are already an approved builder for Regions Bank, Bank of England, & Hancock & Whitney and several more!
A – Home pricing is based on many things and depends on your budget and finish selections. A few determining factors are: number of floor levels, type of architecture, overall SF, interior and exterior features, etc. We work with our buyers to build the best home possible that falls within their budget and exceeds their expectations. We offer great cost-saving tips & can help you build within your budget without sacrificing quality
A – Not necessarily. Again, It depends on your selections and lot costs. A "spec home" builder may seem less expensive but they are quoting you on a very base level price and charge you for all the "upgrades" but many of their "upgrades" come STANDARD in our homes! If you choose the same quality of finishes and materials, your home would be the same price point. We Also like to offer cost-saving ideas to give you the look you want without breaking the budget.
