You will deal directly with the owner/builder throughout your build process. We are selective in the amount of projects so that we can deliver the best customer service and meet our clients expectations without a middle man.
A – Design/Build refers to the project in which the design and construction services are provided in-house in order to streamline the process. RCB has working relationships with local professionals and vendors so you can be reassured you are getting the highest quality services available and the newest trends. The streamlined communication provides an efficient, unified flow of work from concept through completion.
A – Absolutely! Many of our clients come to us with completed set of drawings and are ready to get started. Or some homeowners like a couple plans and wish to merge the best of both together for the perfect fit.
A – Yes, we frequently work alongside Real Estate Professionals who can assist you in your lot search and purchase. This a comfort to many clients who may not consider costs outside of construction or who are unaware of certain restrictions that may not fit their needs.
A – A construction/perm loan is needed for many lots. We have several lenders we work with and can assist you with the process. We are already an approved builder for many of the Banks!
A – Home pricing is based on many things and can vary greatly depending on your expected budget, house design, Lot, final selections ande selections. A few determining factors are: number of floor levels, type of architecture, overall Square Footage, interior and exterior features, etc.
A – Not necessarily. Again, it depends on finishes, final selections, Lot costs and so forth. Always make sure you are comparing comparable Bids/Estimates to avoid potential added costs during construction. Some quotes may seem less expensive upfront, but do not include desired selections and/or finishes. It is important to communicate as much as possible when receiving quotes so you can have a comparative bid
